Link a Search to an ATS job

To sync jobs and export profiles to your ATS, you need to link your Findem searches to a corresponding ATS job.

Note: You can only link a search to an ATS job if you have an ATS connected to your Findem account. Learn how to Connect Greenhouse, Connect BambooHR, Connect SmartRecruiters,

or Connect Lever with Findem.

How It Works 

1. On the Searches Page of your Findem account, identify the Search you want to link with an ATS job.
2. You can connect to ATS either from the Connect to ATS button or by clicking on three dots "..." dropdown option as shown in the image below.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the ATS Jobs field. When the dropdown appears, select the ATS job you want to link with Findem.
   
   
   
   
4. If you want to exclude candidates who have been active on your ATS in the last 6 months, check the Exclude ATS Candidates option. These candidates will be excluded from both the search results and shortlist.
   
   
   
   

5. Findem exports candidates assigned to the campaign automatically based on the settings selected in Export to ATS section. You can select from two options:

   1. Export candidates depending on their response status. Check one or more response types, shown below, that you wish to export to your ATS.
      
      
      
      
   2. Or, export all candidates assigned to the email campaign.
      
      
      
      

      Note: BambooHR doesn't support exporting candidates' profiles via their API. For users on BambooHR ATS, they would only be able to exclude candidates from the searches which are existing on the ATS. Read more

6. Click Save.
7. Findem will automatically start exporting candidates to your ATS as per the selected settings.

You also have an option to manually export a profile to ATS.
