The All New Email Campaign
Launched on August 05, 2020
We have completely revamped email campaigns as part of the updated search experience. With new features, now it's easier to create and manage your email campaigns.
How It Works:
Creating a New Campaign
Email campaigns are now part of your search workflow.
- On the ICP Page, click the "Create ICP" button to start a new search or open an existing search.
- Choose respective options as per your search requirements and head to "Step 3" to shortlist candidates:
- Choose one of the "Bulk Shortlisting Options" or do "Manual" shortlisting and click the "Next" button to save your search and start set up your email campaign.
- You can choose one of the existing campaigns to use as a template or create one from the scratch:
After making your selection, click the "Next" button to Customize your campaign. - Name your email campaign and click the "Edit Mode" to start editing:
- In the "Schedule" section, you can modify the Day and the Time of the week when you want your email to go out. Click the "Advanced" button to modify as per your requirement:
- From the "To" section, select a candidate email selection policy as per your preference:
- Select email addresses for the "From" and the "Reply To" fields as per your preference:
You also have the option to add "CC" email addresses for outgoing emails and "Forward" candidates' replies to additional email addresses as per your requirement. - Add "Subject" & "Body" to your email:
- Once you have completed your edits to an email, you can Preview it immediately by clicking the "Preview Mode" tab next to "Edit Mode":
- You can add multiple emails within a campaign by clicking the "Add Email" button. Each Email you add to the campaign can be customized individually in the same way as described in the previous steps:
- Once you have customized all emails, click "Next" to save your campaign. While saving you can choose to start the campaign immediately after saving or you can choose to start it manually after some time:
- After saving your campaign you will be taken to your ICP shortlist page where you can view and manage your shortlisted profiles:

Changing Email Campaign for an ICP Search With Ongoing Campaign
- You can switch an ongoing email campaign with a new one. To do so, open the ICP search you wish to modify the campaign for from the ICP Page.
- Click the "Shortlist Candidates" button as shown to skip to "Step 3":
- You can use Manual/Bulk shortlisting options to shortlist one or more candidates.
- Click the "Next" button to proceed to set up/modify your email campaign.
- Select "Create new campaign" and select the ongoing campaign to modify it or create a completely new one from scratch:
- "Name" your new campaign and follow the same steps for editing and saving your new campaign as we did for "Creating a New Campaign"
Include/Exclude Public Queries From Query List
Launched on August 03, 2020
On the Queries Page, you can now quickly alter your query list view to include or exclude public queries.
How It Works:
- On the Queries Page, next to "Create Query" button, click to check the "Include public queries" checkbox to view public queries along with your account's private queries:
- Alternatively, if you wish to only view queries private to your account, you can uncheck the "Include public queries" checkbox:
Automatic Sync For Lever ATS
Launched on August 03, 2020
Findem now automatically syncs data with your Lever ATS in the background while you are using your Lever account.
How It Works:
- Make sure you have Findem Extension installed on your browser.
- Log in to your Findem and Lever accounts on the same browser.
- From your Lever account, go to the Candidates Data Export page under Reports. Findem automatically starts to sync candidates' data with Lever and will show a notification while the sync is in progress:
- Visiting Job Posting Data Export page will sync the jobs posting data between Findem & ATS:
- Visiting Lever's Homepage will sync the shortlist data across your searches on Findem with your ATS. For the shortlist data to sync, you need to have at least the candidates' data synced within the past 10 minutes:
- It's best to visit the Candidates Data Export page once and then visit the Homepage.
