How It Works:
- Once a candidate replies to the campaign with interest, mark the candidate as “Interested” by clicking either the green checkmark next to the candidate’s name or the “Interested” button under Campaign Details.
ICP Shortlist Page Campaign Details Section - You will next see a popup asking to confirm that you want to export the candidate to Greenhouse. Click the “Export” button to confirm.
- Findem automatically exports the candidate to Greenhouse and updates the shortlist page.

Manual Shortlist Candidates in the Batch Shortlisting Flow
Launched on July 14, 2020
The new search and shortlist flow now includes the ability to review and manually shortlist candidates in addition to the bulk shortlisting options already available. This feature allows you to view matching candidates and refine your search to confirm that they fit your needs.
How It Works:
- From the ICP page, click on the title of the search you want to add candidates to.
- Click the “Next” button twice or click on the “3 - Shortlist Candidates” button in the top navigation.
- The “Manual” option is selected by default; it includes top-matching candidates and allows you to load more. You can view a candidate’s enriched profile by clicking on his or her name, add the candidate to your shortlist by clicking the “Shortlist” button, ignore the candidate by clicking the “Ignore” button, and add a candidate to your Favorites by clicking on the bookmark icon:
- If you refine your search, the list of candidates will update to reflect your latest search.
- If you find that you are happy with the results, you can choose to bulk shortlist candidates instead of manually shortlisting them.
