Findem Verified skills attributes have been manually coded by our Engineering team to guarantee verified evidence of a specific skill. For example, if you choose a skill C+ [Findem Verified], this will pull in only candidates who have a Github, as opposed to simply having the term "C+" on their resume or profile.
