You may come across the following error on your campaigns 'Email authorization has expired for asdlfkj@outlook.com'.
This error usually occurs when you have changed your Outlook password or there have been org-level changes setup by your Microsoft admin. You will need to re-authenticate your Outlook account from the Settings page so that it can allow Findem to send campaigns on your behalf. Follow the steps below to re-authenticate, either for yourself or another Findem user.
- From your user settings menu, find your email in the Senders list. Click Edit.
- Click Re-authenticate, then Sign in with Microsoft.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft Sign In page. Follow the instructions and sign in to the account you wish to connect with Findem.
- Click on the Allow button to allow Findem access to your Microsoft Account. For more on what Findem is requesting from Outlook/Microsoft, check out the Security FAQ section below. You may also require Admin approval (if you are not the Microsoft Admin Admin user before proceeding. For more information on this, check out this article.)
- You will be directed back to Findem. You should see your connected account in the Outlook senders section.
