What happens to removed/ignored candidates in a Project?

Any recommended candidates that are removed from a Project, not shortlisted or contacted will end up in your External Sourcing channel of the Project for future consideration.

If you change any filters within the existing project, the candidate will still not be considered after removal, and will remain in the External Sourcing tab only.

If you start a new project, that candidate will once again be in consideration if applicable to the requirements.

You may also notice some candidate profiles in the Filtered Out Matches section. These typically include duplicate profiles or refreshed profiles that are automatically excluded from the talent pool. These filtered profiles are not automatically re-shortlisted or included in bulk actions. Unless you manually re-add them, filtered profiles will not be part of future recruitment efforts for the same project, which helps prevent duplicate outreach and ensures clean candidate management.
