When a candidate is exported to the Lever ATS from Findem, they are assigned a specific stage. Each candidate will automatically move through different stages in Lever based on their status on Findem.
The new Lever API integration changes the stages assigned to newly exported candidates. Check the table below to see how each status in Findem corresponds to a stage in Lever.
